About Us

Prairie Edge is a K-12 Alternative School located on the Four Oaks campus. With high levels of relationship building, structures and supports, we provide an educational environment that supports students with behavior and mental health needs as determined by an IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) team.

Prairie Edge prides itself on ensuring all students have access to quality core instruction while also layering on individual supports needed to help students meet their academic, social, and behavioral goals.

Prairie Edge includes:

• 11 Special Education programs: 4 Elementary/Intermediate, 3 Middle School, 4 High School
• 13 Teachers, 15 Paraprofessionals, 5 Intervention Room Staff, a Shuttle Driver, Secretary, Facilitator, School Engagement Specialist , and Building Principal
• Enrollment: 40-60 Students
